Q. What payment options you accept ?
A. Our customers convenience is of prime importance to us. So, we accept payment by Checks (No personal checks, please), International Money Orders, Bank Account Transfers, Western Union, SWIFT/International Wire Transfers, etc. If you want to pay through any other mode, please let us know and we can consider that too. We accept all major currencies of the world.

Q. Can I submit an order through credit card ?
A. Yes, we accept all major credit cards of the world (including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB) through paypal.

Q. Is my payment secure when I submit my credit card details ?
A. Yes, your payment information is absolutely safe when you submit an order at our site. All your orders are submitted via SSL to paypal (our payment processor) which is the most secure method of accepting online credit cards payments.

Q. How do I submit my measurements, size and colors for my made-to-order outfit?
A. For custom-made salwar kameez, please submit your details according to the measurements form along with the color code indicating the preferences for your order.

Q. In how much time will I receive my order ?
A. Normally, all orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the payment from you. In case of customised dresses, it may take longer depending on the time taken to make the dress and the type of embroidery work. All the orders are shipped directly from Pakistanand you should receive it in about 12-15 days after we ship it from here.

Q. I want to wear the dress in a wedding ceremony in a few days. Can you ship it faster ?
A. Our products are shipped directly from Pakistan. The time taken to reach you is 12-15 days after we ship it from here since it is an international shipment. If you want faster delivery, we can send the same by Express shipping so as to reach you in 4-6 days after we ship. Kindly note that there will be additional cost of 15 USD for this.

Q. I've seen salwar kameez dresses similar to you are selling being sold by world's leading shoping malls for a very high cost. Why are your prices so less ? Are your dresses of different quality ?
A. You might have seen such dresses being sold at fashion stores in the price range of 500$-5000$. Many of these stores also buy from us in wholesale. But since on our website, we are selling directly, hence no middlemen is involved and you are getting the same high quality dresses at such a low prices.

Q. Do you charge extra for stitching the salwar kameez as per my measurements ?
A. We do NOT charge extra for custom tailoring. In fact, it is included FREE with all made to order outfits.

Q. Do you charge extra for Plus Size salwar kameez ?
A. No, there are NO surcharges for Plus Sizes orders and if you are buying from our made to order section, it can be made in all sizes including Plus Size.

Q. Do you employ child labor ?
A. All our master craftsmen and workers are trained and efficient in their work. We neither promote nor employ child labor. In fact, by buying from us you are indirectly supporting the poor skilled laborers who are talented and hard-working.

Q. I am looking for a particular kind of dress. Can you supply it ?
A. We can't promise you but there's nothing lost in asking. Just let us know and we'll try our best to get you the typpe of dress you want.

Q. I visited Pakistan and bought a unique product during my stay there. Now I want to buy it again. Can I buy it at your website ?
A. We are in contact with many suppliers and manufacturers. It is very much possible that we can provide you the product you want. Please send the product details to us and we'll get back to you.
